Manage delivery
As soon as the package is shipped, you will be sent a notification containing:
- The expected date and time of delivery
- The Tracking Code (identification code for tracking the shipment)
- A link to the service that offers you the possibility to manage the delivery. For any additional information, please refer to this page.

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days from the date you received the item. To send us a return request, enter your profile on hashtagmilano.com and go to the Orders section, select the product and the quantities you want to return, indicating the reason.
We will email you back to arrange return shipping, then send you the waybill.
From the moment you made the return request, you have 14 days to send us back the item you want to return.
Restrictions on the right of withdrawal on products
Damaged products are not replaced or refunded. Products whose internal and external packaging is not perfectly intact and unaltered from the original are not replaced or refunded. Likewise, the operculum that closes the product must be intact and sealed.
Products for which the return request or the return shipment of the item have been received after the deadline will not be replaced or refunded.
The right of withdrawal does not apply: to goods made to measure or clearly personalized or which, by their nature, are likely to deteriorate rapidly, are sealed and do not lend themselves to being returned for hygienic reasons or are connected to health protection and have been opened after delivery, to requests for withdrawal received after the deadline specified in these Terms, to returns of returned products received after the deadline specified in these Terms, if the User has not returned the product following the packaging instructions illustrated by the holder in these Terms, unless the User uses packaging with greater protection than that provided by the holder.
Return packaging
Once you have received and printed the waybill we sent you, prepare the item you want to return, making sure that the packaging you will use is suitable for preserving its contents, including the external packaging. Seal the package and apply the waybill.
Return shipment
The return shipment will be organized by HASHTAG MILANO. Just print the waybill and follow the instructions that will be provided to you. The return shipping costs will be borne by the user.
Refund method
We will refund the price of the item within 5 working days from the date we receive the returned product in our warehouses.
For the payment of the refund we will use the same payment method you chose during the purchase.
